At Home Workout - Thursday, May 21, 2020

1. Stretch for 10 mins. 
2. 100 sit-ups 
3. 20 tuck-ups x 3 
4. 20 pike-ups x3 
5. Planks for 60 sec x 2 
6. Hollow back rocks 10x 3 
7. Superman rocks 10x 3 
8. Russian twist 20 each side x 2 
9. Elevators x 2  
10. Stretching for 5 mins. 
11. Do something nice for someone else. 

Please text Paul or Jen when you have completed your workout


***NOTE:  Wellington pool will be open for diving practice this week on Wednesday (5/20) and Friday (5/22) from 3:00-4:30 and 4:30-6:00.  Athletes must text Paul or Jen so your practice can be scheduled.
